To The Reader’s Forum: After 100 years of use, the brick streets in Jamestown need repairs. After five years, most paved streets in Jamestown need repairs. Why doesn’t the city repair the brick streets? I was talking to an engineer and he told me it’s not the brick but the ground settling under the pipes and utilities.
