To The Reader’s Forum: I’m writing this letter in regards to a job recently done by Jamestown DPW on a tree on the terrace in front of my property. A large limb hung across the street and into the power lines. The limb had been hit by numerous delivery vehicles and recently a garbage truck. To The Reader’s Forum: It’s obvious now that the Impeachment process envisioned by our Framers doesn’t work. Congressmen and Senators all voted, in both the House and Senate, whichever way would get them reelected. From the day they are first elected, all politicians think about is getting reelected. The Real Joke In The City Is The Roads

To The Reader’s Forum: How wonderful that the National Comedy Center has been nominated for “the best new museum.” It’s too bad that the biggest joke is the roads in Jamestown. It is always the same roads and pot holes that need fixed. If Jamestown wants to make a good impression with tourists, they should focus on the main roads in and out of the city.
