We Make Lots Of Choices In Our Lives, But How Do We Choose When It Comes To Power?

To The Reader’s Forum: We have lots of choices in our lives and we hope that we make good ones. But when it comes to power, how do we choose? What is our North Star that helps us to choose service over power? What do we choose to believe about God, ethics, hypocrisy, or dare I say, about Democracy? Your editorial on October 5 muses over the wisdom of the minimum wage and how it may or may not help the poor. If your work brings your employer more than he pays you, you keep your job. To The Reader’s Forum: For anyone living in the Greenhurst area, the pile of rubble which used to be the Chatterbox Restaurant has become a real problem. The fire occurred several months ago. The charred remains have become, apparently, a permanent garbage dump.
