Silver Creek Man Charged In Incident
HANOVER — At around 5:58 p.m. Tuesday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a report of an altercation on Division Street. An investigation found that, Marcus J. Hughes, 30, of Silver Creek, engaged in a physical altercation with another subject at the residence while three juveniles while present.
Hughes was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of harassment in the second degree. Hughes was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Program.
