¯ Sara N. Miller, 28, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest. Officers responded at 8:24 a.m. Monday to South Main Street for a reported domestic dispute. Miller, who was located inside a residence, was found to have an active stay away order. While officers were talking to her, Miller allegedly began fighting with officers in an attempt to not be taken into custody. She was later transported to Jamestown City Jail.

¯ CHARLOTTE — Michael P. Austin, 41, of Cassadaga, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 2:56 a.m. Tuesday to an address in the town of Charlotte for a 911 call. Austin was charged following an investigation. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
