Three Jamestown residents face charges after children under their care were allegedly attacking other people, smashing windows out of a residence and interfering with police work early Wednesday morning. The charges come the same day Jamestown police reminded city residents through a social media post of the city's 10 p.m. curfew for those under 16 years of age to be off the streets.
