Nearly 3 million New Yorkers across the state will receive over $2 billion in tax relief this summer and fall through New York's School Tax Relief (STAR) program. STAR provides property tax relief to eligible homeowners and seniors statewide. A Brocton man was arraigned Monday on a 35-count indictment handed down by a Chautauqua County Grand Jury involving burglaries at Amish residences. Drug, harassment charges filed after downtown fracas

Five individuals are facing charges after a fight in downtown Jamestown last week. Around midnight Wednesday, Jamestown Police Department officers responded to the area of the Wine Cellar for multiple subjects fighting.
