A Jamestown man is facing charges after complaints of gunshots being fired last week. David J. Figueroa, 43, was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Officers of the Jamestown Police Department responded to several calls of a gunshot complaint near a South East residential street around 8 p.m. Wednesday. Two individuals, including a Jamestown woman, has been charged in separate child pornography cases. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Thursday that Kimony Hamilton, 22, of Albion, was charged by criminal complaint with distribution and possession of child pornography. In addition, Kaitlyn Seekings, 28, was charged in a separate criminal complaint with receipt and possession of child pornography.
