A Jamestown man is facing charges after complaints of gunshots being fired last week. David J. Figueroa, 43, was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Officers of the Jamestown Police Department responded to several calls of a gunshot complaint near a South East residential street around 8 p.m. Wednesday. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Thursday that Kimony Hamilton, 22, of Albion, was charged by criminal complaint with distribution and possession of child pornography.
