A Little Valley man has been charged with two counts of rape after an investigation into an alleged incident in Bemus Point.
Andrea Lucignano, 31, was charged Thursday with first-degree rape and third-degree rape. On July 31, 2026, an investigation was conducted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Through the course of the investigation, it is alleged that Lucignano made unwanted sexual contact with a female victim.
On Thursday, a grand jury warrant was signed for Lucignano, who was taken into custody and taken to the county jail for centralized arraignment.
Lucignano will be in Chautauqua County Court later.
