Meeting Of The Westfield Village Planning Board Postponed Till March 9
WESTFIELD — A meeting of the Westfield Village Planning Board originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Eason Hall has been canceled. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be on Wednesday, March 9, at 7:30 a.m.

The next Women in Networking program will take place Thursday at noon with speaker Michelle Adelman. Her presentation will focus on building mission driven, sustainable businesses. She is the founder of Accite, a boutique firm focused on building sustainable food and agriculture technology business in Sub-Saharan Africa that spur economic diversification and employment of youth and women, enabling the continent to be more food-secure. Adelman has 30 years of business experience as a former global managing director for Accenture, CEO of a U.S.-based home health services company and group strategy executive for the pan-African Econet Group. Adelman also serves on the advisory board to Cornell University’s Dean of Agriculture and Life Sciences and FoodNext Africa. Quilters’ Guild Meeting On Sat. Feb. 12
WESTFIELD — The Westfield Quilters’ Guild will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Westfield Presbyterian. Board members meet at 9:30 a.m. This month’s program is an interactive program called “How UGLY is that Fabric?” It will be presented by Jasmine Govindoo. Open sew will follow the lunch break.

Family
The St. Elmo Spa will be hosting a benefit to support the Taylor-Ball Family, whose 1-year-old son Watson was killed in a house fire that also injured two children. All of the tickets from the St. Elmo Spa event will help the family.The spa will be giving away seven 80-minute massages at $105 each, one deluxe HydraFacial, seven nail services (up to a $100 value), one custom BioElements facial (up to a $100 value), and a St. Elmo Escape for two nights in one of the St. Elmo studios to be used between Feb. 10 and May 15 donated by Chautauqua Area Real Estate The cost is $10 per entry or $25 for three entries. The drawing will take place on Feb. 14. Payments can be made in person at St. Elmo Spa, PayPal (stelmospa1@gmail.com) or Venmo (@stelmospa).
