JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Three individuals are facing drug charges after an incident in March. Jamestown Police reported on Friday that around 11 p.m. March 28, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Maple Street and Everett Avenue for observed traffic infractions. Officers identified the occupants of the vehicle to be Debra K. Leeper, the driver, 56, Koran D. Leeper, 51 and Jordan E. Czerniak, 43. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Rudy J. Damonti, 42, of Falconer was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:29 p.m. Thursday after officers saw him walking on East Second Street. Officers report knowing Damonti had an active arrest warrant through Jamestown City Court. Damonti allegedly was found with methamphetamine. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – MAYVILLE – Peter Galardo, 42, a resident of the Chautauqua County Jail, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Noel Luciano, 43, of Jamestown was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:06 p.m. Monday at a hotel on Jamestown’s west side. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT --- Three city residents are facing charges after a traffic stop on Huxley Street near Front at 8 p.m. Friday. During the course of the probe, officers determined that Randall K. Mesler, 55, Stephen H. Cassidy, 48, and Christopher S. Haberberger, 39, were all in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and a billy club. Cassidy was also found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT --- CHAUTAUQUA -- At around 4:35 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a suspicious situation complaint. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the operator of the vehicle who was identified as Andrew C. Harris, 27, of Westfield. Through an investigation, it was found that Harris was operating the vehicle while having a suspended license.
