JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Jennifer Allen, 38, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, and Shaun Porter, 45, both of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny after an incident at a business on Thursday. At 9:20 p.m., officers responded to the south side business for a larceny complaint. Through an investigation, it was found that Allen and Porter had entered the business and Porter had stolen a phone charger from the store. Jury convicts Mayville man of sex trafficking BUFFALO — A Mayville man has been convicted of sex trafficking a minor. U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Friday that a federal jury has convicted William A. Quinones, 49, of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and sex trafficking of a minor. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum of life. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Aaron J. Mango and Franz M. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Nairobi Bautista, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday to a residence on the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. It was learned that Bautista allegedly broke a window during the dispute. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE — HANOVER — Miguel Altunar-Mateo, 41, of Dunkirk, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 8:16 p.m. Dec. 24 for a violation in the town of Hanover. An investigation found that Altunar-Mateo was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

Capizzi, of Frewsburg, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. David H. Vanguilder, of Jamestown, was charged with false personation, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Joshua M. Spagnualo, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police observed a male slumped over the wheel of a vehicle at 1:45 a.m. Friday in the area of Charles Street. An investigation determined that Spagnualo was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
