Pair Charged After Narcotics Investigations A pair of individuals in two separate cases are facing drug charges after a pair of investigations that spanned several months. Narcotics investigators from the Sheriff’s Office and Dunkirk Police Department located Tori N. Faison, 45, at 2740 Route 5 in the town of Sheridan on Monday. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Quincy J. Harris, 44, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. At about 7:44 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an East side address for a domestic dispute complaint. The victim returned home after officers arrived. Through an investigation, it was discovered that Harris engaged in a physical domestic with the victim. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY COURT Angel Vargas-Mendoza, age 43 of Jamestown, was sentenced in Chautauqua County court by Judge David Foley to an indeterminate state prison sentence of 2-4 years after being convicted of second-degree attempted assault, a class E felony. In July 2023, Vargas-Mendoza attacked the victim with a sharp metal object and caused physical injury and was charged with second-degree assault by the Jamestown Police Department. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Brandon T. Jimerson, 39, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal trespass following an alleged incident which took place Thursday morning. At 12:17, officers responded to a complaint at a condemned residence on the southside of the city. Upon arrival, officers reported that they discovered Jimerson inside the location. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Megan M. Truver, 30, of Jamestown and Thomas J. Mann, 32, of Jamestown were both charged with two counts of third-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance recently. Officers conducting a walking patrol at 6:18 p.m. April 24 on Institute Street near East First Street, property owned by the Western New York and Pennsylvania Railroad LLC, allegedly found Truver and Mann trespassing. Officers report finding Truver and Mann with methamphetamine. Both Mann and Truver will be in court later.
