CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— CHAUTAUQUA — At around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on Route 430 in the town. Through an investigation, the operator of the vehicle, David R Ralph II, 35, of Westfield, was found to be driving while intoxicated. Ralph was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to keep right.

Ralph was released with appearance tickets and is to be in town of Chautauqua Court later.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Brittany Cerrie, 35, of Long Beach, Calif., was arrested May 13 and charged with suspended registration and suspended or lapsed insurance.

— Victor Martinez, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 16 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

— Nachhater Singh, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 16 and charged with forcible touching.

— Lauren Kulpa, 26, of Cassadaga, was arrested May 16 and charged with suspended registration and no insurance.

— James Tilley, no age listed, homeless, was arrested May 17 and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

— Marjan Manshadi, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 18 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Sheltear Brown, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 18 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate headlights.

— Jorge Negron-Velazquez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 19 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, disobeying a traffic control device, illegal front windshield, obstructed driver’s view and uninspected motor vehicle.

— Julio Hernandez-Circilo, 59, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 19 and charged with suspended registration.

— Alejandro Gonzalez-Virola, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 19 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree menacing, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless driving, suspended registration, and at least 12 traffic infractions.

— Matthew Mckane, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

— Juan Correa Chardon, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with suspended registration, suspended insurance and no seat belt.

— Clarence Williams 3rd, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of petit larceny,

— Jonathan Velez-Hernandez, 44, of Fredonia, was arrested Tuesday and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

— Xavier Rodriguez, 35, homeless, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of petit larceny,
