The Southwestern Chapter of Certified Football Officials will be starting their new member classes on March 30.

The classes will be held at the Ira Lou Spring Legion, located on Washington Street in Jamestown. They will start at 6 p.m. and end about 8 p.m. The classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings for three weeks.

Upon completing the course, candidates will be able to officiate youth, modified, junior varsity and varsity high school football games.

The chapter is in desperate need of new officials so if anyone is interested, call Dave Kolstee at 338-2803 or Keith Fish at 410-3508 with any questions or to confirm attendance on March 30.
