Allen, 29, of Jamestown was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a person who said Allen had allegedly pinned her down, preventing her from leaving. The woman said Allen hit and bit her, causing physical injuries. Shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday, officers of the first platoon responded to an east side residence for a reported disorderly person complaint.
