JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Askiaa Faison, 27, of Jamestown, was charged with first-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded at 7:50 p.m. Monday to the north side of the city for a reported stabbing. A male was located laying on the floor in an apartment with several stab wounds to the chest. LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT - Fernando L. Mojica-Reyes, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and false personation. Leonardo Ayala-Rosario, 38, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Officers responded at 6:35 p.m. Friday to Walmart for a reported larceny. It was learned that two people passed all points of sale with two shopping carts full of items. The two subjects were identified as Mojica-Reyes and Ayala-Rosario. Jamestown police report Kristin A. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Glenn Ratliff, 25, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 4:55 p.m. Thursday to the south side of the city for a reported domestic dispute and found that Ratliff allegedly pushed a woman and held her on the couch. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Morgan E. Ryder, 26, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal trespass. Joshua T. Dorsey, 38, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass. Officers were on a call Wednesday in the area of Prendergast Avenue and East Eighth Street when they observed lights on inside a condemned apartment. Smith, 33, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest and two counts of second-degree assault. Officers responded at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday to a reported fight on the south side of the city. Smith was located on a roof porch and refused to come down.
