CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ Kristie J. Luden, 49, of Clymer, was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 11:32 p.m. Thursday to Clymer for a reported disorderly person. An investigation found that Luden allegedly damaged property inside a residence and elbowed another person during the incident. Luden was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Willie C. Graham, 43, no address listed, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers stopped a vehicle at 7:47 p.m. Thursday in the area of Barrett and McKinley avenues for a traffic infraction. Graham, a passenger in the vehicle, was allegedly found with a small quantity of methamphetamine as well as a glass bubble smoking device. Graham was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

¯ Dustin C. Reagan, 39, no address listed, was charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers attempted to stop a vehicle at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday for a traffic infraction. The driver, identified as Reagan and found to be wanted on outstanding warrants, led police on a pursuit through the city. The vehicle finally came to stop in the town of Ellicott. After an extended time, Reagan exited the vehicle and was taken into custody. During a search, officers located a small quantity of methamphetamine. Reagan was held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
