JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Jeremy E. Smith, 36, of Lake Park, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and improper right turn. Patrol stopped a vehicle at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on East Sixth Street for making an improper right turn. An investigation determined that Smith was allegedly intoxicated. He was processed and held for arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
