CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— RIPLEY — A missing 88-year-old man was located by Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies and flown to UPMC Hamot in Erie after he crashed his tractor into a ravine.

At around 8:51 p.m. Friday. the Chautauqua County Office was dispatched to 9811 E. Side Hill Rd. for a report of a missing male. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Bentley was deployed into the wooded area around the incident location.

After about a mile of searching K-9 Bentley located the male. The male had crashed his tractor in a deep ravine along the power line road at approximately 11 a.m. Deputies were able to make their way down to the male and carry him out to fire personnel.

Ripley Fire Department was on scene and began treating him for his injuries. Deputies were also assisted by the county EMS.

— SINCLAIRVILLE — Minor injuries were reported in an all-terrain vehicle accident on Saturday afternoon. Deputies responded to 6841 Cleland Road to assist fire and rescue crews after an accident 400 yards from the road. Marissa A. McTiernan, 26, of Williamsville was operating the ATV with another female youth passenger, 16. Both sustained minor injuries and were transported to UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown for further treatment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Rudy J. Damonti III, 41, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after a Saturday evening incident.

Officers around 7 p.m. observed a disorderly person in front of the Jamestown Police Department. Upon making contact with Damonti III, he was found to be threatening physical harm to a juvenile victim.

Upon further investigation, officers determined that Damonti threatened the juvenile with a broom stick while swinging it. Damonti proceeded to drop the broom and attempted to engage in a physical altercation at the time that police arrived on scene.

He was taken into custody on the charges and held pending arraignment in the Jamestown City Jail.

— Jennifer Allen, 38, of Jamestown, has been charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. At 3:55 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a larceny in progress at a south side business. Officers located Allen nearby with stolen items from the business. It was determined that Allen was advised previously to stay away from the property. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail where she was held for arraignment.

— Brandon Hodge, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after officers responded to an address on the South side of the City for a trespass in progress around 5:30 p.m. Friday. Through investigation it was determined that Hodge did damage two windows that belonged to a female victim. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and being held pending arraignment.

— Tyler Brown, 30, Jason Passinger, 48, and Eric Ramos Astacio, 27, all of Jamestown, have been charged with third-degree criminal trespass. At about 5:28 p.m. Saturday, officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a North side address. Officers located the three inside an old office at the address. None of them had permission to be at or inside the building. All three were taken into custody and transported to the City Jail without further incident.
