CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

• STOCKTON — Nicholas C. Shields, 31, of Cassadaga, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 1:26 a.m. Friday to a reported domestic incident in the town of Stockton. Shields was taken into custody following an investigation and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

• VILLENOVA — Kayla E. Sobczak, 31, of Forestville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies responded at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday to a crash on Cassadaga Road in the town of Villenova. An investigation found that Sobczak was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Sobczak was processed and is scheduled to appear in Villenova Town Court later.
