¯ ELLERY — Christine E. White, 62, of Sinclairville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or greater and refusal to take a breath test. Deputies responded at 6:54 p.m. Nov. 20 to Route 430 in the town of Ellery for a crash between a car and deer. An investigation found that White was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.

¯ ELLICOTT — Christina A. Wilson, 35, of Ellicott, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or higher and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 12:23 a.m. Nov. 20 in the town of Ellicot for a traffic violation. An investigation found that Wilson was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Wilson was processed at the Ellicott Police Department and issued tickets to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
