JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Dakota M. Morse, no age or address listed, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Officers responded at 4:06 p.m. Tuesday to a Winsor Street address for a reported domestic incident. It was learned that Morse allegedly wouldn’t allow another person to leave the residence. Morse was taken into custody and held for arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ HANOVER — Justin M. Dunbar, 36, of Hanover, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies responded at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday to Main Road in Hanover for a reported altercation. It was learned that Dunbar allegedly violated order of protection and obstructed the breathing of another person. He is schuled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
