LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Desiray J. Corrigan, 33, of Celoron, was charged with petit larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and false personation. Corrigan was taken into custody at 9 p.m. Wednesday after she was allegedly caught stealing merchandise from a local store. She identified herself using a false name, with her true identity later being discovered. Corrigan is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ STOCKTON — Joseph B. Trippe, 21, of Stockton, was charged with second-degree menacing. Deputies responded at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday to Route 380 in Stockton for a reported harassment complaint. Trippe is alleged to have displayed a knife, causing alarm to another person during an altercation. Trippe was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
