CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ SHERMAN — David M. Miller, 22, of Sherman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater, moving from lane unsafely and unnecessary smoke. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 9:05 p.m. Saturday on Park Street in the village of Sherman for multiple traffic violations. An investigation found that Miller was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Sherman Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kayla E. Clark, no age or address listed, was charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to notify DMV of change of address, refusal of breath screening test and moving from lane unsafely. Officers responded to a crash at 11:46 p.m. Saturday on Baker Street Extension in the town of Busti. Officers located Clark walking east away from the scene. An investigation found that Clark was intoxicated. Clark is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Chelsey J. Mee, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers were called at 8 p.m. Friday to the east side of the city for a reported domestic incident. It was found that Mee allegedly damaged the side door of a residence and entered unlawfully. Mee was transported to Jamestown City Jail and reportedly refused to cooperate with the booking process that would allow her to be arraigned.
