WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

WESTFIELD — A village resident has been charged in connection with a domestic dispute. Westfield police report they were dispatched to 146 S. Gale St., for an incident. After an investigation and discussion with residents at the location, it was alleged that Kevin J. Weary Jr. had punched a window causing it to break. Weary, 21, of that address, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and transported to county jail for the Centralized Arraignment Program.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Lisa M. Light, 43, of Silver Creek, was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident. Road patrol took a complaint Sunday from Light. The case was turned over to the Chautauqua County Criminal Investigation Division, and through an investigation, it was found that Light knowingly made a fictitious complaint to patrol. Light is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Scott F. Wynn, 46, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. Officers responded at 1:03 p.m. Thursday to the east side of the city for a 911 hang up call. It was learned upon arrival that Wynn stole property from another person and then left the scene. Wynn was located and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He was later released with an appearance ticket.
