CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ NORTH HARMONY — Kayla E. Clark, 23, of Ashville was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of criminal mischief. Deputies responded Sunday at 11:24 p.m. to North Harmony for a report of a disorderly female. An investigation found that Clark was arguing with a person at a residence with five children inside. During the argument, Clark allegedly damaged property belonging to another person. She was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ STOCKTON — William P. Mcfadden, 71, of Colorado City, Texas, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or greater and failure to use hazard lights. Deputies checked on a parked vehicle Sunday at 1:52 a.m. on Route 60 in the town of Stockton. An investigation determined that Mcfadden was intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Stockton Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Francicso Gutierrez, 32, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and aggravated family offense. Officers responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute Sunday at 4 p.m. An investigation found that Gutierrez allegedly broke items in the residence and prevented the female from calling for police. Gutierrez was being held pending arraignment.

¯ James R. Tuttle, 31, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded to Prospect Street on Thursday at 2 p.m. for a domestic incident. It was reported that Tuttle was violating a stay away order and smashed a lamp belonging to the victim. Tuttle was walking away with a 3-year-old girl when he reportedly began running to avoid being seen by officers. He was located in an abandoned residence and was taken into custody. Tuttle was being held on the charges as well as an outstanding arrest warrant.

¯ Angelea Luszcak, 27, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers were called to an East Second Street residence Thursday at 6 p.m. for a disorderly person and possible order of protection violation. Luszcak was found to have outstanding warrants through the Jamestown Police Department and had a stay away order for the residence and tenant. Luszcak was being held pending arraignment.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ KENNEDY — Jordan Stone, 21, of Kennedy was charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers and Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in Kennedy on March 25 for a report of a vehicle that had struck a shed. An investigation found that Stone was allegedly driving in an intoxicated condition. He was taken to UPMC Chautauqua where a blood sample was secured. Stone is scheduled to appear in Poland Town Court later.
