JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT.
– Ivan G. Benitez, 41, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 1 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side address for a 911 investigation. Officers determined that a domestic incident occurred resulting in a cell phone allegedly being smashed. Benitez was found a short distance away and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Kyle D.M. Pratt, 19, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to an east side address for a complaint of a person with a weapon. Pratt allegedly threatened a juvenile with a knife. Pratt
was located a short distance away and was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Arthur A. Hubbard, 36, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a downtown Jamestown address for a report of a possible trespassing complaint. Officers located two individuals laying on the sidewalk together. Hubbard allegedly was violating a valid stay away order of protection from the woman he was with. Hubbard was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– STOCKTON – Joshua W. Fowler, 51, of Cassadaga was charged with second-degree harassment at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday after deputies responded to a harassment complaint in Stockton. After investigation, it was determined that Joshua W Fowler allegedly threatened to cause physical harm/death to another individual. Fowler was released with an appearance ticket to be in Stockton Town Court later.
– PORTLAND – Ashley L. Wakeley, 28, of Portland, and Jeffrey D. Kozlowski, 28, of Arkwright were charged with second-degree harassment at 10:03 a.m. July 2 after deputies responded to an alleged harassment. Wakeley and Kozlowski allegedly initiated unwanted physical contact with another person. They were found after the incident and issued appearance tickets to be in Portland Town Court later.
