JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Javier Carrasquillo, 36, of Jamestown was charged Friday with false personation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, tinted windows and outstanding warrants. At 8:37 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Monroe Street at Isabella Avenue for dark tinted windows. The operator of the vehicle was found to be giving a false name and was identified by police as Carrasquillo. Carrasquillo had several confirmed warrants out of Jamestown Police Department, and was driving on a suspended license. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and charged.
Kyle A. Green, 22, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. At 2:22 a.m., officers responded to 256 Fairmount Ave. for a report of a fight. Further investigation revealed that Green was being disorderly at the residence and was refusing to leave after being advised to do so. It was reported that Green also pulled a victim’s hair during the altercation. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he is currently awaiting arraignment by Jamestown City Court.
William G. Bailey, 31, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief, aggravated family offense and obstructing governmental administration. At 5:53 a.m., officers responded to 847 Spring St. for a reported domestic incident. When officers arrived on location, they found that the suspect, Bailey, had thrown a victim’s property out of the apartment and onto the front yard of the residence. Officers were told that Bailey was still inside the residence, and began searching for him. During the search, officers observed numerous other items inside the apartment that were damaged. Officers eventually located Bailey, who was hiding in an upstairs attic space. He was advised to show his hands but refused to do so. Bailey was eventually taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment by Jamestown City Court.
CATTARAUGUS POLICE DEPARTMENT
Vanessa Vanorder of Watertown was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. At 9:52 p.m., officers initiated a traffic stop on Vanorder for speeding at a rate of 49 mph in a 35 mph zone on Main Street in the village of Cattaraugus. The traffic stop led to the officers’ discovery that Vanorder had had her permit suspended for failure to pay a fine in Adams Town Court dating back to Oct. 26. Vanorder was taken into custody and released with an appearance ticket, along with five other traffic ticket infractions. She is expected back in New Albion Town Court on July 7.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Marcia A. Haskell, 55, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest. At 5:40 p.m., police responded to 120 King St. for a reported order of protection violation. Upon arrival, officers located two victims who were allegedly yelled at by a female neighbor who had an order of protection to stay away from them. Police made contact with Haskell and attempted to take her into custody when she allegedly pulled away and resisted arrest. She was transported to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Andrew Hribar of Jamestown was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. At 11:50 p.m., police responded to 1067 E. Second St. for a reported unwanted person. It is alleged that Hribar had an order of protection to stay away from the victim. Hribar was taken to the city jail without bail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Joseph A. Linger, 21, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with petit larceny. It is alleged that Linger, while employed at the Lakewood Walmart, consumed $42.47 worth of food and water without paying for them. Linger will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Allan P. Miller, 24, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with following too closely, moving from lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and refusing breath screening test. At 10 p.m., Miller was pulled over on Hunt Road for allegedly following too closely and changing lanes unsafely. It is alleged that he was intoxicated. Miller was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in Ellicott Court on June 30.
A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a Family Court appearance ticket after police responded to a reported fight and learned that the juvenile restrained a victim and struck a victim with a piece of asphalt. The juvenile will appear in Family Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
Joshua A. Warner, 22, of Westfield was charged on June 19 with two counts of speed over 55 mph, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, failure to signal, no headlights, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless operation, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to maintain lane, unsafe passing, failure to comply, DWI and DWI per se. At 11:54 p.m., police allegedly observed a vehicle speeding on Route 5 in Westfield. It is alleged that the vehicle began to accelerate when the patrol cars began to pursue. As the pursuit started eastbound on Route 5, the fleeing vehicle allegedly turned out its headlights to avoid police. It also allegedly passed another vehicle in an unsafe manner near a railroad crossing. The driver-Warner-stopped and surrender to police on McKinley Road near Route 20. He will appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
Tracy L. Geiger, 48, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged Sunday with failure to dim lights, DWI and aggravated DWI. At 2:04 a.m., police pulled over a vehicle on South Portage Street for an alleged traffic violation. It is alleged that the driver-Geiger-was intoxicated. Geiger will appear in Westfield Court at a later date.

REGIONAL DRUG TASK FORCE
ALLEGANY-Vicky E. Pascucci, 42, of Allegany was charged Thursday with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of government administration. At 7:58 p.m., the task force and Olean Police Department Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at 4115 S. Nine Mile Road, Lot 154, in Allegany. Pascucci will appear in Allegany Court at a later date. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and Salamanca Police Department assisted.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
MAYVILLE-Caren L. Eddy, 36, of Jamestown was charged Friday with fourth-degree welfare fraud, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and misuse of food stamps. It is alleged that Eddy filed a false application with the Department of Health and Human Services in which she failed to report employment income. As a result, from Sept. 2, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2014, Eddy allegedly received $2,253 in unentitled food stamp benefits. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
CLYMER-Marion I. Miller, 20, of Millersburg, Ohio, was charged Sunday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and possession of alcohol while under 21 years of age. Roxanna L. Earle, 40, of Clymer was charged with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child and second-degree criminal nuisance. At 12:03 a.m., deputies responded to a large underage party at 8390 Raspas Hill Road in Clymer. It is alleged that police encountered several hundred people, with many consuming alcohol under the age of 21. Miller was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $1,200 cash or $2,400 property bond. Earle, the property owner, will appear in Clymer Court at a later date.

RANDOLPH-James B. Fiebelkorn, 59, of Randolph was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt after allegedly violating an order of protection. He was committed to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. He will appear in Randolph Court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Kimberly S. Ryan, 31, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with petit larceny after allegedly stealing several swimming pool supplies valuing $127.22 from the Lakewood Walmart. Ryan will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Randy H. Ridgeway, 54, of Lakewood was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation. At 9 p.m., it is alleged that Ridgeway choked the neck and covered the mouth of his girlfriend during a domestic incident. It is also alleged that he kicked and punched the victim in the chest. Ridgeway will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Mashawna D. Keys, 33, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and DWI per se with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater. At 1:47 a.m., police responded to a driver who allegedly passed out behind the wheel. The driver – Keys – was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
FORESTVILLE-Robert J. Bissell, 33, of Forestville was charged Monday with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and endangering the welfare of a child. At 8:10 p.m., deputies were called to a residence in Forestville for a possible assault. It is alleged that Bissell caused physical injury and applied pressure to the throat of a victim while in close proximity to a child. Bissell will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
CASSADAGA-Tim R. Carlisle, 61, of Cassadaga was charged June 14 with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. At 8:20 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Marion Street in Pomfret to check the well-being of a subject. It is alleged that Carlisle had 45.75 grams of marijuana. He will appear in Pomfret Court at a later date.
HANOVER-Ronald R. Evans, 41, of Lockport was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct. At 11:55 p.m., deputies responded to a suspicious person complaint on Alleghany Road in Silver Creek. Deputies observed Evans allegedly walking down the middle of the road with no shoes or shirt and obstructing traffic. It is alleged that he was intoxicated and unaware of his current location. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail and will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
LITTLE VALLEY-James L. Estabrooks, 21, of Little Valley was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. At 3:05 a.m., police took Estabrooks into custody on a warrant issued out of Little Valley Court following an alleged incident in Little Valley. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $2,500 and will appear in Little Valley Court at a later date.
OLEAN-Tanya M. Woods, 32, of Olean was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree welfare fraud, fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. It is alleged that Woods failed to report unemployment insurance benefits that she was receiving to the Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services from April to June. She allegedly received $1,320 in unentitled cash assistance. She will appear in Olean Court at a later date.
OLEAN-Nichole L. Rybicki, 39, of Olean was charged Tuesday with misuse of food stamps. It is alleged that Rybicki acquired and spent $66.90 of a SNAP food stamp benefit card belonging to another person in November 2014. She will appear in Olean Court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
A 16-year-old female was charged Saturday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 2:36 a.m., police responded to 116 Linwood Ave. for a criminal mischief complaint following a large party. It is alleged that a 16-year-old female became angry after she was told to leave the party. She allegedly threw an item through a window. The suspect was located a short time later and taken to the Jamestown City Jail and held in lieu of $500 cash. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Paul J. Perron, 25, of Jamestown was charged Monday with no/inadequate lights, speed in zone, unsafe tire, driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI. At 2:37 a.m., police pulled over a dark-colored sedan that was speeding and traveling with no headlights on North Main Street. It is alleged that the driver-Perron-was intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was allegedly three times greater than the legal limit. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Andre D. Vicks, 38, of Jamestown was charged Sunday with DWI, first-degree unlicensed operator, refusing to take pre-screen test and unsafe backing. At 11 p.m., officers responded to 10 Price St. for a reported disorderly male. When officers arrived on location, Vicks had already left the scene. Witnesses alleged that he backed out of a driveway in an erratic manner. Vicks later returned to the scene. It is alleged that he was intoxicated and was driving the vehicle while intoxicated. It is also alleged that his driving privileges were suspended. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Tarand R. Kindred, 31, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident Sunday. At 9:17 a.m., officers were dispatched to 205 W. Seventh St. for a past-tense burglary. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Kindred, who reportedly advised officers that somebody had broken into his apartment and stole his television. Officers made contact with a possible suspect in the area, along with several witnesses. Upon investigation, officers determined that Kindred had sold his television to the subject, and it was not stolen. Kindred was taken into custody for falsely reporting an incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Deborah Joan Bradley was charged with petit larceny on Saturday. At approximately 7 p.m., Bradley is alleged to have stolen property from Lakewood Wal-Mart, located at 350 E. Fairmount Ave. Bradley was released with an appearance ticket, and is to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.
Silk E. Spencer, 28, of Jamestown was charged Monday with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt and two counts of aggravated family offense. Police responded to 4 Freeman St. after being tipped off that Spencer, who allegedly had multiple arrest warrants against him, was staying there. With assistance from K-9 units, the police located Spencer who was allegedly hiding in a closet. He was charged with additional counts because he was allegedly at a residence of a female who had an order of protection against him. Spencer was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $50,000.

NORTH HARMONY-Victor J. Guarriello, 23, of Erie, Pennsylvania, was charged Sunday with DWI, DWI per se, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to maintain lane. At 9:13 a.m., Guarriello was traveling northbound on Hoag Road in North Harmony when he allegedly failed to negotiate a curve in the road. His vehicle reportedly traveled off the road and became stuck in a ditch. Guarriello was uninjured. It is alleged that Guarriello was intoxicated and had a suspended driver’s license. He will appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
HANOVER-David M. Dimmick, 22, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 5:11 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in Sunset Bay in Hanover for a trespass complaint. It is alleged that Dimmick was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
SHERMAN-Kathryn C. Fisher, 36, of Sherman was charged Saturday with DWI, DWI with BAC of .08 percent or greater and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. At 3:15 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle allegedly speeding on School Street in Sherman. After police pulled over the vehicle on Kendrick Street, they determined that the driver-Fisher-was allegedly intoxicated. She will appear in Sherman Court at a later date.

A 17-year-old female from Jamestown was charged Thursday with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a baby stroller, a George Foreman grill and clothes totalling $125.70 from the Lakewood Walmart. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Autumn M. McCulley, 19, of Jamestown was charged Friday with failure to keep right, driving across hazard markings and unlawful possession of marijuana. A 17-year-old was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. At 12:25 a.m., police observed a vehicle allegedly commit traffic violations while on Route 394 in Busti. It is alleged that McCulley and her passenger were in possession of marijuana. Both will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Samantha J. Ellsworth, 19, of Falconer was charged Monday with criminal mischief after allegedly damaging lawn chairs at a West Main Street address in Falconer. She will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
James A. Carter, 18, of Falconer was charged Tuesday after an alleged domestic dispute at a 340 W. Main St. residence in Falconer. It is alleged that Carter was involved in a verbal argument with a victim, and later punched and damaged a wall. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Gordon Carver, 62, of Celoron was charged on June 14 with second-degree menacing, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and harassment. At 5:52 p.m., police responded to Ellicott Shores Apartments for a reported domestic incident involving a handgun. It is alleged that Carver got into a physical altercation with a female victim, in which he choked and repeatedly hit her in the face. It is also alleged that he pulled a gun on her and pointed it at her face. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 property bond. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

William E. Frey, 37, of Bradford, Pennsylvania, was charged on June 3 with petit larceny. It is alleged that Frey, while employed at the Kwik Fill gas station in Ellicottville, stole property belonging to his employer. He will appear in Ellicottville Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SALAMANCA-Silk E. Spencer, 28, was charged on June 7 with second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstruction governmental administration, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a bench warrant out of Jamestown. At 10 p.m., deputies were notified that Spencer was at 777 Seneca Allegany Boulevard and that he allegedly had a bench warrant out of Jamestown. It is alleged that Spencer attempted to pass himself off as his brother. Spencer would allegedly not provide information about himself. With the assistance of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, Spencer was allegedly found with a small amount of cocaine.

George W. Edington III, 26, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with failing to signal turn, felony driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. At 2:47 a.m., police observed a vehicle allegedly fail to signal a turn in the area of East Second Street and Tiffany Avenue. Officers approached the vehicle as it pulled into a driveway on Hopkins Avenue. It is alleged that the driver-Edington-was intoxicated. It is also alleged that he had a prior DWI conviction in the past 10 years along with a revoked driver’s license for that conviction. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail without bail. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

HANOVER-Helene M. Damon, 52, of Lackawana was charged Wednesday with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 12:45 p.m., deputies responded to Statecoach West on Route 5 and Route 20 in Hanover for a reported shoplifter. It is alleged that Damon stole several items from the store. It is also alleged that he was in possession of a controlled substance. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
DUNKIRK-Matthew R. Greenough, 26, of Forestville was charged Wednesday with failing to keep right, DWI and DWI per se. At 9:07 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle that was driving over the center line on South Roberts Road in Dunkirk. It is alleged that the driver-Greenough-was intoxicated and involved in a hit and run prior to the traffic stop. He will appear in Dunkirk City Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT-Matthew J. Rounds, 25, of Gerry was charged Tuesday with DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, DWI and failure to maintain lane. At 10:24 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on East Fairmount Avenue in Ellicott for an alleged traffic violation. It is alleged that the driver-Rounds-was intoxicated. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
HANOVER-Quentin M. Singletary, 31, of Dunkirk was charged Wednesday with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator. At 12:55 a.m., deputies responded to a check a well-being complaint at McDonald’s on Route 5 and Route 20 in Hanover. It is alleged that Singletary was asleep behind his wheel in the drive-thru lane. It is also alleged that Singletary’s driving privileges were suspended. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Sean E. Chapman, 31, of Bemus Point was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged that Chapman got into a verbal argument with his ex-girlfriend, kicked a baby gate and broke a dining room table in the process. Chapman allegedly did this in the presence of children. He was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
Joseph R. Lynch of Falconer was charged Thursday with failure to license dog and failure to provide proper sustenance after police determined that a dog owned by Lynch was allegedly living in deplorable conditions. Lynch will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
Peter J. Sirianno, 78, of Kennedy was charged Wednesday with petit larceny after police took a complaint about Sirianno allegedly refusing to return property. Sirianno will appear in court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Richard H. Rolfe, 23, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, unreasonable speed and moving from lane unsafely. At about 7:30 p.m., Rolfe was operating a motor vehicle traveling south on South Main Street Extension in the town of Busti. Rolfe lost control of the vehicle while trying to manage a turn in the road, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway. The vehicle reportedly overturned and came to rest in a ditch along the side of the road. Rolfe did not suffer any injuries from the accident, and was medically released at the scene. An investigation of the accident alleges that Rolfe was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody on the aforementioned charges, and is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.
Samantha J. Barron, 28, of Mayville was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 5 p.m., Barron was pulled over for driving erratically. It is alleged that she had marijuana in her possession. She will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

ELLERY-Thomas A. Rossow, 53, of Sinclairville was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle. At 11:25 p.m., deputies located a suspicious vehicle parked on Fenner Road in Ellery. It is alleged that the driver-Rossow-was intoxicated and a had a revoked driver’s license for a prior alcohol-related offense. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail and will appear in Ellery Court at a later date.
Jacob M. Lopez, 22, of Hamburg was charged Saturday with speed in zone, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving while ability impaired by drugs. At 3:20 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Central Avenue that was speeding. It is alleged that the driver-Lopez-had a small quantity of marijuana and was driving the vehicle while impaired. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
HANOVER-Peter C. Russo, 33, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with DWI, DWI per se with BAC of .08 percent or higher and parking on highway. At 2:24 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle park on the driving lane of the Iola Drive in Hanover. It is alleged that the driver-Russo-exited the vehicle and switched seating positions with a passenger. Investigation revealed that Russo was allegedly intoxicated. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD-Kathryn S. Fisher, 37, of Westfield was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment and trespass. At 8 a.m., deputies responded to East Avenue in Westfield for a report of an unwanted person at a residence. It is alleged that Fisher was at a residence where she had been warned not to return. Fisher was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with the property owner. She will appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
SILVER CREEK-Erik Pomroy was charged Friday with speeding, driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. At 6:31 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle in Silver Creek for allegedly speeding. It is alleged that Pomroy was driving while impaired by drugs. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
CHARLOTTE-Tina M. Gilber, 41, of Cassadaga was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a 55 mph zone. At 6:57 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle on Route 60 in Charlotte for allegedly speeding. It is alleged that the driver-Gilber-was in possession of marijuana. She will appear in Charlotte Court at a later date.

OLEAN-Edward D. Prince, 49, of Olean was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree welfare fraud and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Prince allegedly failed to report the rental income he was receiving on his periodic report. He will appear in Olean Court on June 23 at 9 a.m.

Scott A. Heffner of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass. At 6:21 p.m., police responded to 160 Benedict Ave. for the report of a man pounding on the windows. At the scene, police were informed that a large rock was allegedly thrown through two glass windows, causing damage valued at $250. STOCKTON-Joseph M. Warick Jr., 26, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was charged Tuesday with false impersonation. At 1:30 p.m., deputies responded to a Maring Road residence in Stockton for a reported unwanted male at the residence. The male-Warick-allegedly provided deputies with a false name. A check of Warick’s identity showed that he was allegedly a fugitive from justice wanted out of Hudson County, New Jersey. He was committed to the county jail, awaits extradition to New Jersey.

SILVER CREEK-Charles R. Curtis, 56, of Silver Creek was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 10:11 a.m., deputies responded to an incident on Jackson Street in Silver Creek. It is alleged that Curtis broke an electronic tablet that belonged to another individual. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
DUNKIRK-Christopr J. Wilson, 52, of Dunkirk was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that Wilson, a former employee of the Northern Chautauqua Redemption Center, broke into the center’s Bennett Road building in Dunkirk on April 27 and stole money. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he reportedly turned himself into police Monday. He was committed to the county jail and will appear in Dunkirk Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA-Troy M. Seekings, 21, of Sherman was charged Friday with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. At 7:45 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle that allegedly committed a traffic violation. It is alleged that the driver-Seekings-was in possession of an open container of alcohol and had purchased and distributed alcohol to a minor in the vehicle. He will appear in Chautauqua Court at a later date.
ARKWRIGHT-Andrew K. Studley, 33, of Forestville was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from lane unsafely. At 4:30 a.m., deputies responded the area of Tarbox Road in Arkwright to investigate an overturned vehicle where the driver allegedly fled the scene. The driver-Studley-was eventually found and allegedly had revoked driving privileges. He will appear in Arkwright Court at a later date.
PORTLAND-John E. Blynt, 24, of Westfield was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and speeding. At 8:48 p.m., deputies pulled over a speeding vehicle on Route 5 in Portland. The driver-Blynt-was allegedly intoxicated. He will appear in Portland Court at a later date.
CHERRY CREEK-Matthew J. Clark, 32, of Cherry Creek was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of stolen property. At 8:13 p.m., deputies were called to a hunting cabin on Dredge Ditch Road in Ellington for a reported suspicious situation. It is alleged that Clark had broken into a cabin in Cherry Creek and removed several items that did not belong to him. Clark was also allegedly found in possession of a firearm and had been previously convicted of a felony in New York state. Clark was remanded to the county jail without bail.

STOCKTON-Louis B. Horton, 37, of Stockton was charged Thursday with four counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal nuisance, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct. It is alleged that Horton repeatedly burned an abandoned house on a piece of property he owns on Railroad Avenue in Stockton. The Stockton Volunteer Fire Department had to respond to the property five times because the structure was burning even though Horton was warned twice by the Stockton fire chief not to burn the structure. Horton was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $3,500 bail.
ELLERY-Robert D. Thompson, 63, of Bemus Point was charged Sunday with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment after police responded to a menacing complaint on Ellery-Centralia Road. According to the two complainants, they were at a family-owned hunting camp when Thompson allegedly approached them and began yelling threats. It is also alleged that Thompson cut one of their fishing poles in half and chased them with a machete. Thompson was arraigned in Ellicott Court where he posted $1,000 bail. The Court issued an order of protection for the two complainants and Thompson is to appear in Ellery Court at a later date.

Joseph W. Kenny, 51, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with public lewdness. At 4:08 p.m., officers responded to the 7-Eleven convenience store located on North Main Street. It was reported that a male had an argument with a female in front of the store and exposed his genitalia before leaving the area. After a brief investigation, Kenney was located a short distance away and was taken into custody. He was transported and held in Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
Amanda S. Rose of Jamestown was charged Friday with endangering the welfare of a child. At 12:58 p.m., police responded to a 39 W. Eighth St. lower apartment to assist Rose in finding her child. Officers found the missing child and determined that Rose allegedly hid the child inside her home. She was transported to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

Monty G. Latta, 48, of Falconer was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary. At 7:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress at 304 Elmwood Ave. in Falconer. Witnesses alleged that Latta broke into the residence and stole prescription drugs. Latta was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

Amanda Ingerson, 23, of Frewsburg was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, drove across hazard markings and moved from lane unsafely. At 2:38 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a vehicle cross the white hazard markings of the roadway and move from its lane unsafely. Upon further investigation, the vehicle was found to be operated by Ingerson, who was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Ingerson was charged accordingly, and received an additional charge of uninspected motor vehicle. She will appear in Busti Town Court at a later date.

STOCKTON-John A. Gelencser, 53, of Cassadaga was charged Sunday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to comply with lawful order, unlicensed operation and improper turn without signal. At 1:43 a.m., deputies attempted to pull over a vehicle on Nelson Hill Road in Stockton for an alleged traffic infraction. It is alleged that the driver failed to comply and pulled into a driveway off of Nelson Hill Road and proceeded to flee on foot. Deputies apprehended the driver-Gelencser-after a lengthy chase. He was remanded to the county jail on bail.
SILVER CREEK-Jason D. Harper, 34, of Depew was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator and inadequate stop lamps. At 6:37 a.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly having no/inadequate stop lamps on Main Street in Silver Creek. It is alleged that the driver-Harper-has a revoked driver’s license for a previous alcohol-related offense. He will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
RIPLEY-Jacob H. Tunison, 26, of Jamestown was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and uninspected motor vehicle. At 5:14 p.m., deputies pulled over a vehicle for allegedly committing a traffic infraction on Route 5 in Ripley. It is alleged that the driver-Tunison-was in possession of a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He will appear in Ripley Court at a later date.

At 4:55 p.m., deputies on patrol in Sunset Bay in Hanover allegedly observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way on a one-way street on South Shore Drive. RANDOLPH – Cassandra M. Chamberlin, 32, of Kennedy was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated common law, aggravated DWI and failure to stop at a flashing red light. It is alleged by police that Chamberlin ran the flashing red light and struck an electric pole at the intersection of Route 394 and Main Street in the village of Randolph. She was then processed and released on uniform traffic tickets. She is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court at a later date.

It is alleged that Kalb kicked a door, knocking a wood panel out of the door and damaging it. He was transported to the city jail in lieu of bail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Jared JN. Stringer, 20, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. At midnight, police responded to the area of West Fourth Street and Jefferson Street for a reported fight involving a knife. It is alleged that Stringer and several other people were yelling and screaming at each other. It is also alleged that Stringer threatened a victim with a large knife. He will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Hannah A. Palmer, 23, of Sinclairville was charged Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI-Leandra’s Law. At 11:05 p.m., police checked on the well-being of Palmer who was allegedly passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot of 21 S. Main St. It is alleged that Palmer was intoxicated while there was a two-year-old in the back seat of the car. Palmer was taken to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Anthony J. Park, 27, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI and aggravated DWI. At 2:47 a.m., police responded to the area of Maple and Arnold streets for a report of a vehicle into a tree and driver attempting to flee the scene. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle with heavy damage parked on the side of the road next to a heavily damaged tree. Witnesses alleged that Park was seen outside the vehicle picking up beer cans and then fleeing on foot. Park returned to the scene and was taken into custody. It is alleged that he had a blood alcohol content more than .18 percent and a license suspension from a previous alcohol-related offense. He was transported to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK-Matthew R. Raymond, 26, of Buffalo was charged Saturday with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. At 10:03 a.m., deputies received a report of a suspicious male leaving a property on Parker Road in Westfield. Shortly afterward, the man-Raymond-was stopped in a vehicle attempting to enter the New York State Thruway in Dunkirk. Raymond was taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital for medical reasons. Inside the rear of his vehicle were skis and snowboards that had allegedly been stolen from a burglary that occurred earlier the day at a Ripley residence. After being released from the hospital, Raymond was taken to the county jail without bail. He will appear in Dunkirk Court at a later date.

At 12:07 a.m., police observed a woman allegedly using a cellphone while driving on North Main Street. The vehicle then allegedly crossed the center lines of the road while continuing northbound. It is alleged that the driver-Loucks-was intoxicated. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
Joseph DeJesus of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. At 1:35 a.m., police were called to check the well-being of a man acting strangely on the road. The man-DeJesus-allegedly became combative with officers when they determined he needed to go to the hospital. Two officers and deputy with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office sustained minor injuries. It is also alleged that DeJesus began kicking and damaging the doors of a patrol car once placed inside. He was taken to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

ASHFORD-Tyler C. Tomani, 26, of Pittsford, was charged on May 26 with second-degree harassment following a domestic incident in Ashford. It is alleged that Tomani was a front seat passenger in a vehicle driven by a male relative, when he struck the driver while traveling northbound on Route 219. The vehicle allegedly stopped in the parking lot of L.A. Hazards and Sons on Edies Road, and a physical altercation ensued. The victim allegedly suffered a laceration to his forehead as a result of Tomani’s actions. Tomani will appear in Ashford Court at a later date.
CUBA-Travis L. Kinnicutt, 31, of Friendship was apprehended on a bench warrant out of Hinsdale for failure to pay a fine. He was taken to the county jail in lieu of $205 bail.

At 10:40 a.m., police responded to a report of a male breaking into a residence on 22 Hazzard St. Upon arrival, police observed Barbee allegedly removing property from a residence and placing it into a vehicle parked out front. A female victim alleged that Barbee came to her place of employment in the Southside Plaza and hit her on the side of the head, causing her to fall to the ground. Barbee then allegedly drove to the female’s residence, kicked in the front door and removed property without her permission. Barbee was taken to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

It is alleged that Eddy opened the rear door of a deputy’s vehicle and entered it while a prisoner was under arrest. She allegedly pushed a deputy as she was removed from the vehicle. Tunstall, 42, of Forestville was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, DWI, possession or consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle and unsafe backing. At 11:58 p.m., deputies responded to a vehicle accident with a vehicle in a ditch on Creek Road in Hanover. It is alleged that the driver-Tunstall-was intoxicated with a BAC three times the legal limit. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
SHERIDAN-Justin M. Stanfield, 28, of Sheridan was charged Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. At 4:07 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a fight at 2621 Route 20 in Sheridan. It is alleged that Stanfield had pushed another male into a table and grabbed him by the throat. It is also alleged that Stanfield took the male’s cellphone and damaged it. He was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $500 and will appear in Sheridan Court at a later date.

At 7:26 p.m., deputies pulled over Wakeley on Route 430 in Chautauqua for driving with a revoked New York state license. It is alleged that Wakeley did not have his mandated interlock device. SHERMAN-Eric J. Lacross, 48, of Sherman was charged Thursday with insufficient tail lamps, lighting violation trailer, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle, DWI and DWI per se. At 9:55 p.m., deputies observed an individual operating a Cub Cadet lawn mower with a trailer traveling on Sherman Stedman Road. The lawn mower allegedly had only one operational tail lamp and there were no lights on the trailer. It is alleged that Lacross was consuming an alcoholic beverage while operating the mower. It is also alleged that Lacross was intoxicated and had two prior DWI convictions within the past 10 years. He will appear in Sherman Court at a later date.

KIANTONE-Shana L. Soloski, 28, of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, was charged Friday with DWI, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, possession or consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and moving from lane unsafely. At 11:11 p.m., deputies came upon an unoccupied vehicle on Route 60 in Kiantone, just south of the Jamestown city line. Soloski allegedly returned to the scene, and deputies determined that she had been driving while intoxicated. It is also alleged that she had an illegal billy club. Allen M. Yarbrough, 26, of Jamestown was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree menacing. At 3:20 a.m., police responded to an alleged violent domestic dispute involving a long gun at a Benedict Avenue address. A female victim told police that her ex-boyfriend allegedly entered her residence unlawfully and armed himself with a shotgun. It is alleged that the ex-boyfriend-Yarbrough-began a verbal confrontation with the victim while armed with the gun and broke her cellphone. Yarbrough was apprehended in another location after fleeing. A records check revealed that he had a order of protection to stay away from the victim. He is being held at the city jail and is pending arraignment.
Jesus Torres Jr., 27, of Jamestown was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 3:24 a.m., police responded to a reported domestic incident at a 107 Barrett Ave. residence. It is alleged that Torres grabbed a victim by the hair and pulled her off the couch. It is also alleged that he damaged a door when he stabbed it with a knife. Torres was taken to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

Coker, 39, of Jamestown was charged Friday with first-degree aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of the public, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, aggravated Family Offense, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. At 10:34 p.m., police responded to a reported physical domestic incident in progress on Shasta Drive. Upon arrival, police determined that the suspect-Coker-had fled the scene. He was allegedly found hiding under a deck and taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. It is alleged that he resisted arrest and spit in the faces of officers while being taken to a patrol car. He was transported to the city jail and will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.

It is alleged that the driver-Strickland-was intoxicated. He was transported to Brooks Hospital for treatment. Strickland will appear in Pomfret Court.

RIPLEY-Anthony P. Meredith, 21, of Ripley was charged on May 16 at 4:27 a.m. with DWI and various traffic infractions after involved in a one-vehicle accident on West Sidehill Road in Ripley. Meredith was taken to Westfield Hospital. He will appear in Ripley Court at a later date.
MAYVILLE-David J. Carlson, 29, of Jamestown was charged on May 24 at 12:31 a.m. with DWI, DWI per se, speed in zone, unlicensed operator and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after he was pulled over for allegedly speeding on East Chautauqua Street in Mayville. He will appear in Chautuaqua Court at a later date.
NORTH HARMONY-Brendan M. Kempton, 27, of State College, Pennsylvania, was charged on May 24 at 2:24 a.m. with DWI, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely after he was pulled over for alleged traffic violations upon entering I-86 in North Harmony. He will appear in North Harmony Court at a later date.
