JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Tony L. Mosley, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree assault. At around 11:12 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 207 Foote Ave (UPMC Chautauqua) for a disorderly subject. Through an investigation it was found thatMosley assaulted a staff member and caused thousands of dollars of damage to hospital equipment.
