JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Austin J. Seward, 32, was charged June 30 with driving with ability impaired by drugs, and making an improper turn. According to police, at about 12:30 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on the south side. Through investigation, it was determined that the vehicle's operator, Seward, was operating the vehicle while allegedly impaired by drugs. He was placed into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later. - Noah M.
