The Chautauqua County Health Department is notifying the community about possible measles exposures at the UPMC Chautauqua Emergency Department, 207 Foote Ave., Jamestown. People who tested positive for measles were at the hospital during these times: Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 p.m. through Sunday, September 27, at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The people who tested positive for measles do not live in Chautauqua County. Chautauqua County 4-H Youth Development and Purina invite school-aged youth and their families to attend "Unleash Potential: Dog Rescue," an evening focused on animal welfare, responsible pet ownership and supporting local shelter dogs.
