JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT. - David Burkhart III, 33, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of ac hild at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to the east side of Jamestown for a report of a 2-year-old child wandering in the street.
