JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT. - Ivan G. Benitez, 41, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 1 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side address for a 911 investigation. Officers determined that a domestic incident occurred resulting in a cell phone allegedly being smashed.
