CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — HARMONY — At approximately 9:12 a.m. Sunday, deputies were dispatched to a reported altercation on Madden Road. Upon further investigation, 33-year-old Kyle D. Elderkin did intentionally damage property inside of a residency. Elderkin was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and transported to county jail for arraignment. — POMFRET — Around 6:03 a.m. Saturday, deputies received a vehicle complaint on Spoden Road. JCC Receives Donation From St. Luke’s Thrift Shop Jamestown Community College recently received a $500 donation from St. Luke’s Thrift Shop in Jamestown to provide nutritious food to students in need.
