JAMESTOWN POLICE - Michael C. Demarco, 47, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of second-degree menacing and felong third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 11:06 p.m. July 3 after officers responded to a south side business for a reported person with a weapon. Officers arrived on the scene and found a male later identified as Demarco barricaded inside of an office of the business with a knife.
