City Man Charged With Assault After Dispute

A Jamestown man is facing second-degree assault charges. At about 1:01 p.m. Friday, officers of the Jamestown Police Department responded to an address on the North side. Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim. After further investigation it was discovered that the victim, and the suspect, Wade S. Pfleuger, 45, were involved in a verbal dispute over property. During the altercation Wade punched the victim multiple times causing the victim serious physical injury. Wade was located on scene and taken into custody without incident. He was being held pending his arraignment.

City Man Charged After Destroying Property, Threatening Officer At Wal-Mart

A Jamestown man has been charged after allegedly destroying property and threatening police officers at the Lakewood Wal-Mart on Thursday. Emmanuel Molina-Nazario, 40, was charged with menacing a peace/police officer, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest after Lakewood-Busti police officers responded to the store for a report of a man destroying property. Randolph Community Mourns Passing Of RCS Junior

RANDOLPH - Randolph Central School officials are making plans to help students mourn the passing of a junior at Randolph High School. On Tuesday, Kaine Kelly, Randolph superintendent, sent a note home with students as well as posting the letter on the district's Facebook page.
