NORTH HARMONY — A Lakewood man is facing drunken driving charges after traveling the wrong way on Interstate 86.

Jevin R. Kelderhouse, 59, was stopped after Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies were alerted at about 9:05 p.m. on Feb. 9 for a report of a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on the interstate in the town of North Harmony. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle shortly thereafter.

Following an investigation, Kelderhouse was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and operating in the wrong direction on one-way highway. The Lakewood man is scheduled to appear in North Harmony Town Court at a later date.
