I commenced the process to seek a rating from the Independent Judicial Qualification Committee after submission of my petition to the Chautauqua County Board of Elections to be placed on the ballot for the upcoming primary. The first step is to complete an extremely lengthy application, including information from the last ten years of my law practice. Approximately 75 percent of the application is complete and should be ready for submission in the near future. I look forward to the determination process given my 20 years of experience in Chautauqua County Family Court as well as appellate work at the Fourth Department level and the highest Court of the State – the Court of Appeals.
