Labyrinth, Pearl City Clay House Host Potter’s Alley Week Starting On Sunday
Labyrinth Press Company is hosting Potters Alley Week from Sunday, Oct. 5, through Saturday, Oct. 11.
The event is a Harry Potter-inspired celebration filled with themed events while highlighting Potters Gallery, the outdoor gallery of local art located in Potter’s Alley.
As part of the festivities, Pearl City Clay House is inviting area residents to create their own Potter Mug. Guests can choose a house stencil, design their mug and glaze it. Each participant will also receive a token redeemable at Labyrinth Press Company for a themed monthly special.
Take-home mug kits will also be available. Kits can be pre-ordered online or picked up in person, complete with mug, stencil, and glazes, and returned to Pearl City Clay House for firing.
“This is such a natural partnership,” said Debra Eck, Pearl City Clay House program coordinator. “Potters Alley Week is about celebrating art, imagination, and community – and what better way to join in than by creating your own piece of magic?”
Potters Alley Week will also include trivia, cider and donut pairings, a selfie wall and giveaway, a costume contest, and more at Labyrinth Press Company.
