Gavin

Gavin was surrendered to the Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue when his family no longer had time for him. He is 1 1/2 years old, and is thought to be a Pointer mix. Gavin is an active dog who loves to run and play with other dogs his size. He is very intelligent and knows some basic commands, and he is housetrained, too. Gavin is affectionate and loves attention – he will jump up for hugs and enjoys lots of petting. He still has some puppy mischief in him even though he is fully grown now. He needs a family that has the time to spend giving him plenty of exercise and continued training, and all the attention and interaction a young dog needs to thrive. He is hoping to find a home where he will be loved and cared for just as he deserves.
