Falconer Central School defeated Ellicottville Central School 51-46 in a recent Media One High School Bowl match at Jamestown Community College.

In another match, Panama Central School topped Sheffield Area High School 64-23.

Declan LaForest and Wyatt Bell of Falconer, Jackson Kruszynski and Jayce Pearl of Ellicottville, and Lauren Gibbs of Panama earned Player of the Match honors.

Falconer (1-0) was represented by LaForest, Bell, Lydia Potter, Addison Schrader, Josh Erickson, Cyrus Jones, JC Hannon, and Madelyn Connor.

Ellicottville (1-1) team members were Kruszynski, Pearl, Emma Lafferty, Siying Sun, Ryan Metzger, and Grace Kwagalakwe.

Gibbs, Abbey Becker, Liz Anderson, Ian Health, and Xander Gould competed for Panama (2-0).

The Sheffield (0-1) team included Isaac Hammerbeck, Lily Benton, Madison Hackly, and Sarah Hoffman.
