Chautauqua Harbor Hotel Donates Funds To CAP

The Chautauqua Harbor Hotel present a check for $25,000 to the Child Advocacy Program of Chautauqua County. David Hart, President and CEO of Hart Hotels presented the check to Beth Oakes, executive director of CAP.

Proceeds were generated from the hotels annual Ice Bar event that took place from Feb. 9-11.

Each year, Chautauqua Harbor Hotel donates a percentage of funds from this event to a local non-profit organization. Based in Jamestown, the Child Advocacy Program is a safe, child-friendly center that supports a multi-disciplinary investigative approach to child physical and sexual abuse allegations. Their mission is to end child abuse in Chautauqua County. When abuse occurs, CAP coordinates a community response to bring healing, hope, and justice to the children and their families. CAP works to see healthy children and families create a safe and engaged community.
