The Salvation Army will begin its series of Summer Park Meetings Sunday, July 8, at the River Walk Park in Brooklyn Square. The Salvation Army said it was pleased to invite the community to the yearly event.

“We are especially thankful to the city of Jamestown for once again allowing us the use the park,” the nonprofit said in a statement. “As always, in the event of rain, the program will be held at The Salvation Army, 83 S. Main St., Jamestown.

Guests include: Crossmen on July 8; Saved by Grace on July 15; Blue Lizzard Trio on July 22; The Salvation Army, Musical Concert on July 29; and Kidder Alive on Aug. 5.
