John and Shirley Hayward of Ashville, N.Y., celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 23, 2016. They are the parents of Alan Hayward, Julie Garvey, Douglas (Eloisa) Hayward and Janine (Matthew) Johns. They are also the grandparents of Aaron, Chelsea, Dylan, Diego and Tamara.
