Martin and Wanda McKotch of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Alfies Restaurant. The celebration was hosted by their daughters: Brenda (James) Lemke and Christine (Jeffrey) Peterson, both of Jamestown, N.Y. They are also the grandparents of Ryan and Rachel Lemke and Corey and Chad Peterson.

McKotch and the former Wanda Anderson were married Dec. 31, 1965, in the home of the bride’s parents. Ret. U.S. Army Chaplain Lt. Col. Ralph Purdy, uncle of the bride, performed the ceremony.

McKotch is retired from the former Marlin Rockwell Corp. Mrs. McKotch had been employed by Jamestown Chiropractic and Dr. Isreal Davis. They are members of the Lakewood Rod & Gun and are both volunteers for the Chautauqua County Humane Society and 2nd Chances.
