I-86 Bridge Closures Start Tonight The state Department of Transportation is advising motorists that the bridge carrying Interstate 86 over Chautauqua Lake between North Harmony and Ellery will be closed in both directions nightly between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. from Monday evening, Oct. 6, until Saturday morning, Oct. 11, to facilitate an ongoing rehabilitation project.
