The Lakewood YMCA held its 31st annual golf scramble at Maplehurst Country Club last month. The Haaksma family — David, Brayden, Kelly and Chase (pictured above) — won the front 9, followed by the team of Mark and Jen Prechtl and Jay Adipudi and Randy Bland. The team of James and Randy Herron and Mike Nelson and Gordy Wilson was third. On the back 9, the team of Nick, Michael and Deborah Giambrone and Randy Voty placed first, followed by the teams of David and Judy Young and Lynn and Bill Radack after winning a tie-breaker with the team of Greg, Jamie, Lynn and Michelle Smith.
