Randolph, C/S/P Win Big In Class D

RANDOLPH — Xander Hind ran seven times for 154 yards and three touchdowns while Luke Pagett added 133 yards and two touchdowns on just four carries as Randolph breezed past Cattaraugus-Little Valley 59-0.

Christian Burch added a touchdown and 80 yards on six carries; Maverick Adams had two carries for 28 yards and a touchdown; and Owen Nelson scored on his only carry, from 13 yards out.

The Cardinals (8-0, 5-0) finished with 474 yards on 28 carries for a 16.9-yard average.

Dakota Allen led the Timberwolves (1-7, 0-5) with three receptions for 66 yards and Gage Furl ran for 36 yards.

BURCHANOWSKI-LED WOLFPACK ROLLS

SILVER CREEK — Trent Burchanowski ran for 112 yards and four touchdowns as Clymer/Sherman/Panama beat Silver Creek/Forestville 41-7 in Class D.

Burchanowski ran for three scores and Gabe Roth added a touchdown during a 27-0 first quarter. The Wolfpack lead grew to 41-7 by halftime as Burchanowski and Alex Barmore added touchdowns.

Kurtis Olson went 6 of 7 for 72 yards through the air for C/S/P.

TreyVon Kopta had eight tackles, a sack and a blocked punt; Justin Massing had eight tackles; and Burchanowski had an interception for the Wolfpack (6-2, 4-1).

Matt Woleben threw for 54 yards, including a 8-yard touchdown to Ray Cortes II for the Black Knights (1-7, 1-4).

FRANKLINVILLE/ELLICOTTVILLE RALLIES

FRANKLINVILLE — A 14-point rally in the fourth quarter helped Franklinville/Ellicottville avoid an upset in a 22-12 Class D win over Portville.

The Panthers led 12-8 after a 15-yard touchdown run with 1:08 left in the third quarter.

Gian Nuzzo answered with a 50-yard run to give the Titans a 14-12 lead and they put the game away when Beau Bielecki scored from 1 yard out with 8:56 remaining.

Portville outgained Franklinville/Ellicottville 270-242, including 153-41 on the ground.

The Titans’ Lucas Marsh completed 10 of 21 passes for 201 yards, including a 37-yard second-quarter touchdown to Blake Frank.

Ethan Frank was in on 13 tackles, including a sack and two tackles for a loss; Blake Frank was in on seven tackles; Hayden Trietley was in on seven tackles, including a sack and three tackles for a loss; and Ben Brol was in on eight tackles, including a sack, for the Titans.
