CASSADAGA — Mike Botticello recently won the 2021 men’s club championship at Cassadaga Country Club.

The two-day event was held Aug. 7-8.

Following the first day of competition, Scott Jagoda held a one-stroke lead over Brad Kelly. Rod Lind held third place. Botticello and Tim Bulger were tied for fourth position.

Botticello fired 3-under par on the final day to finish with a four-stroke win. Jagoda finished in second place with Mike Lancaster winning third place.

Mike Lawhead fired two consistent rounds to capture the men’s First Flight title. Second and third place went to Dawson Bird and Bob Warsitz, respectively.

Kerry Murphy led wire to wire to win the men’s senior club championship. Alan Shaw finished in second place and Rob Lancaster finished in third.
