Patrick H. Covey, 57, of Lakewood, NY passed away Friday, Feb. 20, 2026 at UPMC Chautauqua. He was born June 15, 1968 in Salamanca, NY, and was the son of the late Leon H. and Mavis Sisson Covey. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree at Empire State College and was employed as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at Person Centered Services in Jamestown. Patrick was proud of his Jewish heritage and possessed an unwavering kindness and generous spirit.
