E. Douglas Card
E. Douglas Card, 85, of 45 Maltby St., died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, in his home.
Prior to his retirement in 1995, he was employed by the Board of Public Utilities for 35 years as the electric meter foreman.
He was the husband of Dolores Jean Fessenden Card.
